Lagkadás  "Fly! Dragon Fish" is a movie about Sianlon Fish Farm, which is a true adaptation of the story of two generations of Sianlon Fish Farm. In 1988, Huang Hanyong successfully deciphered the breeding secrets of the dragon fish and developed artificial breeding techniques, allowing the dragon fish to rapidly reproduce in large numbers and avoid extinction. Sianlon Group also obtained the CITES approved Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Fauna and Flora in 1994, becoming the world's first company to commercially breed and export goldfish.
